I ordered this ring exactly 2 weeks ago today. The site promisses that the ring ships within 2 weeks. Including the 2 day FREE express shipping, I received the ring right on schedule. I was very happy with the customer service. I even received a phone call the day after ordering the ring to confirm that the size I wanted was correct. I later called and asked for a follow-up on the order and received a reply almost immediately. As for the ring itself, the picture represents what you get exactly. It's fairly heavy as most tungsten rings are. The look is simple yet classy, just as the description implies. I would definitely recommend the Diamond Set Tungsten Ring 8mm and I would (and already have) recommended Larson Jewelers to my friends.
