I just want to tell you that I have never had such wonderful customer service in my life like what I have received from Larson Jewelers. At first, I went around to the local malls and jewelry stores looking for a tungsten carbide ring. When I would ask the sales person specific questions about tungsten, they could not give me a straight answer. I called Larson Jewelers and the sales person was able to answer every single one of my questions without hesitation. I did order the wrong size though, but when I called them back, they told me to just send back the ring. There were no charges or exchange fees or anything. It's nice to see a company that doesn't try to rope you in and force you to commit to a lifetime of exchange fees. The shipping was extremely fast and I got my replacement in time for the wedding.
