The tungsten ring came out really nice, very high quality, simple, and elegant. We're very happy with the ring, but more so, the customer service was just amazing. I had somebody respond to emails and phone calls in a prompt and friendly manner. They were very helpful with everything, and I even had to get the ring re-sized for free, which was surprisingly a quick and painless process.
