Though we know almost all of our customers will be very satisfied with the workmanship and price of their jewelry, occasionally people might change their minds. If this happens, we offer a hassle-free, 30-day money back guarantee (45 Days for all Tungsten-Carbide Rings) on any non-Custom Order items. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for an exchange or refund in accordance with our guidelines below.
Exchange/Refund Instructions
An authorization number is required prior to exchanging or returning any merchandise. This authorization number can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department. Please e-mail us for your authorization number. When filling out the form, make sure you select “Exchange/Return” from the drop down menu in the subject field. Exchange/Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of the merchandise being delivered.
When Larson Jewelers receives any returned merchandise, our Quality Assurance Department will review the merchandise to be sure that it is in “New and Unused Condition”. This means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; and the item has not been re-sized or altered in any way. Engraved rings are not refundable. Generally, we cannot accept the return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Under certain circumstances, Larson Jewelers can accept exchanges or returns with very minor signs of use if those blemishes can be repaired. Larson Jewelers will make the final determination as to whether we can repair the merchandise. If we can repair the merchandise, we will deduct the cost of making repairs to the merchandise before crediting your account.
Exchanges
The most common reason for a customer to exchange merchandise is due to the wrong size being ordered. This is especially true in the case of wedding rings. While we provide ways for you to get a very good idea of your correct finger size, the best way to be sure of your finger size is to visit a professional jeweler. For non-precious metal rings, such as Tungsten Carbide rings, Larson Jewelers will accept the first size exchange free of charge within the first 30 days and any subsequent exchanges will be charged a $25 fee. Due to the high cost of precious metals, Larson Jewelers will confirm your finger size by e-mail or phone. Therefore, Larson Jewelers cannot accept responsibility for the customer ordering the wrong size wedding ring. If a precious metal (palladium, gold or platinum) wedding band you ordered does not fit your finger, you can send it back to Larson Jewelers within 30 days to be re-sized or exchanged for a $65 fee, in order to cover the high cost of resizing precious metals.
If you simply do not like the look of the merchandise you received you may exchange it for a different style, provided it is within 30 days of the product being delivered. For non-precious metal rings, there is also no charge for the first style exchange. Subsequent style exchanges will be charged a $25 fee to cover re-processing your order and additional shipping expenses we incur. Due to the high cost of inventorying precious metal rings, there is a fee of 10% of the price of the ring for style exchanges. If the new item is more expensive than what you originally ordered, you will have to make up the difference. Of course, if the new item is less expensive than the original item ordered, Larson Jewelers will happily refund the difference.
Returns
If you simply want a refund and do not find any other products you would like to exchange it for, you may do so within the first 30 days for a full refund. Please be sure to include any and all documentation that you received with the product, including a copy of the invoice. Returns will not be honored without all accompanying documentation and original merchandise packaging. If you order more than one ring to try out different colors or styles and purchase only one of them and return the rest of the rings, Larson Jewelers will issue a refund for all returned items less the shipping cost. Please remember, we do not carry all rings in stock, they are made one by one as ordered. When a refund is issued, it will be in the original form of payment. If your order included overnight or international shipping, those costs cannot be refunded. Custom orders are not refundable. Custom orders are pieces that are made especially for the customer and are not sold on our website. Custom orders also include pieces that have been engraved, or have been custom re-sized after receiving it from the manufacturer.

Damaged Merchandise
Larson Jewelers inspects all merchandise before shipping to make sure all products being shipped are free of any defects. Although it is possible for merchandise to be damaged during shipping, it is extremely rare. In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, you must contact our customer service department within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please do not wait 30 days to report damaged merchandise.
Important Instructions on Sending Merchandise Back to Larson Jewelers
All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. This means the package has to be insured for the full invoiced amount with signature confirmation. This is for your own protection, because if the package is lost, Larson Jewelers will not be responsible for it. Until the package arrives at our door and we sign for it, it is in your possession and therefore, under your responsibility. It is very important that you do not write the word “jewelry” or any other words that would lead anyone to think there is jewelry inside the package you are shipping back to us. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 30 days of being delivered to you and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks.
Orders that are refused or are returned by the courier due to their inability to deliver the package (invalid address, receiver unavailable, etc.) may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. When our requirements are met, we will issue a full merchandise refund, less the applicable restocking and reprocessing fees. The Refund process may take up to 5 business days from the time we receive the returned item. If you need to make an exchange or return, please e-mail us for a Return Authorization number.
