Palladium, Platinum and Gold Wedding Rings
We know that just about all of our customers will be very satisfied with the workmanship and design of their jewelry. Occasionally, people might change their minds or they simply just ordered the wrong size. Larson Jewelers offers a FREE size exchanges within 30 days of receiving your ring. Larson Jewelers also offers a hassle-free 30-day money back guarantee on any stock palladium, platinum, yellow gold, and white gold wedding band. Tungsten Carbide Wedding Bands
Tungsten rings are a newer item and the fitting is a little different from most other types of rings. Larson Jewelers fully understands this and offers an EXTENDED exchange/return period of 45 DAYS for Thorsten Branded Rings and 30 days for all other brands of tungsten rings. This allows you the extra time needed to be 100% satisfied with these incredible rings. Larson Jewelers offers size exchanges for free within 45 days of receiving your Thorsten tungsten ring and 30 days for all other brands of tungsten rings, in case you ordered the wrong size. Subsequent size exchanges are covered under your free Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Sizing policy. Different manufacturers have different lifetime warranty policies, please see specific manufacturer's lifetime warranties. If you need to perform an exchange/return, simply e-mail or call our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number. If e-mailing us, please go to the contact us page and fill out the form, specifying whether an exchange or return is needed and the reason for your request. This helps us to process your request in the most efficient and timely manner. Generally, we cannot accept the return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Under certain circumstances, Larson Jewelers can accept exchanges or returns with very minor signs of use if those blemishes can be repaired. Engraved rings are returnable in most cases. The engraving fee to do the engraving is not refundable, since it is a service that cannot be undone.
You can send the product back to Larson Jewelers with any courier and method of shipment you choose, with the understanding that the product is in your possession until delivered to our office, and verified as delivered by signature or delivery confirmation. Below are the steps to exchanging or returning a ring.
1. Acquire a Return Authorization Number by contacting Larson Jewelers.
2. Follow e-mailed instructions on how to package your ring.
3. Fill out e-mailed return form and include with ring being returned.
4. Send us the ring using the delivery method of your choice. Be sure to get tracking on the package.
When we receive the ring, it will be processed with in 5 business days. If faster service is need to meet a wedding date, please let us know on the form, so we can make arrangements to expedite your exchange.
