Shipping Information
At Larson Jewelers, we know our customers come to us for their most important purchases. That is why we work hard to ship every item quickly and safely, at the lowest possible cost to you.
Methods of shipment
In order to avoid fraud and to ensure safe and proper delivery of your order, Larson Jewelers requires a signature for all deliveries over $300. You can select Overnight or Free 2-day express shipping.
FREE FedEx 2 Day Air Delivery (US Customers Only)
2 day delivery is available for FREE. This free 2-day delivery applies to any order, regardless of the number of items or dollar value of the items you purchase. 2-day shipment means after your order has been processed by our order department, it will arrive in 2 business days. (Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.)
Please note: Occasionally we may miss our FedEx scheduled pick-up time. In this case, we reserve the right to use a different delivery method as long as the shipping time is the same.
FedEx Overnight Air Service (US Customers Only)
For those who need their orders shipped Overnight, this service is available. The cost for overnight shipping is $30.00 on all orders. Overnight orders will be shipped the same business day the order has been processed by our order department. Additional time may be required for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain rural areas of the United States.
Please note: Occasionally we may miss our FedEx scheduled pick-up time. In this case, we reserve the right to use a different delivery method as long as the shipping time is the same.
Ship To Address
For your protection, orders $1,000 and above must ship to the billing address only. Exceptions can be made upon pre-arrangement. Please contact us before ordering. On orders under $1,000, we will be happy to ship to a different address other than the billing address. Please note that shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent using the U.S. Post Office. We would like you to be aware of this as you place your order.
APOs and FPOs
Orders being shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped Priority Mail through the U.S. Post Office.
International Orders (Non-US Customers)
Larson Jewelers is proud to serve our international (Non-US based) customers. For the least expensive shipping cost on international orders, we have chosen to ship with the United States Post Office. Shipping and handling charges for international orders will be $25.00 USD and will take about 7 - 10 days. A tracking number will be sent to you, so you can track the package from the U.S. Post Office's website or your country's post office website, as it will be delivered by your country's post office once it clears customs. For faster service, we offer FedEx delivery to most countries for $40.00 USD. Shipping time will be about 3 - 4 days to most countries. A tracking number will be sent to you, so you can track your package.
Please Note: If you are an international customer, you will have to pay customs taxes because you are importing a piece of jewelry into your country. Larson Jewelers has no way of knowing what tax rate each country charges, nor does it have any control over what any country's government charges, but this tax rate is normally equivalent to you country's VAT tax rate. You will have to check with the proper authorities in your country to get the exact rate. It is your government that is charging you this tax, not us. We may be able to help you reduce this tax, please contact us for more details.
