Shipping Information
At Larson Jewelers, we know our customers come to us for their most important purchases. That is why we work hard to ship every item quickly and safely, at the lowest possible cost to you.
Methods of shipment
In order to avoid fraud and to ensure safe and proper delivery of your order, Larson Jewelers requires a signature for all deliveries so we ship all of our orders via DHL using your choice of service. You can select Overnight, 2-day air or ground service in the checkout process.
FREE FedEx 2 Day Air Delivery (US Customers Only)
2 day delivery is available for FREE. This free 2-day delivery applies to any order, regardless of the number of items or dollar value of the items you purchase. 2-day shipment means after your order has been processed by our order department, it will arrive in 2 business days. (A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays.)
FedEx Overnight Air Service (US Customers Only)
For those who need their order shipped Overnight, this service is available. The cost for overnight shipping is $25.00 on all orders. Overnight orders will be shipped the same business day the order has been processed by our order department.
* Additional time may be required for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain areas of the United States.
Ship To Address
For your protection, orders $500 and above must ship to the billing address only. On orders under $500, we will be happy to ship to a different address other than the billing address. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We would like you to be aware of this as you place your order. We wouldn't want to ruin a very special surprise!
APOs and FPOs
Orders being shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped Priority Mail through the US Post Office.
International Orders (Non-US Customers)
Larson Jewelers is proud to serve our International (Non-US based) customers. For the least expensive shipping cost for international orders, we have chosen to ship with the United State Post Office. Shipping and handling charges for international orders will be $30 USD.
If you do not want us to ship your package via United States Post Office, we can arrange to ship it by express courier. Acutual shipping time varies depending on your country. Please contact us for rates and shipping times.
Please Note: If you are an international customer, you will have to pay customs taxes because you are importing a piece of jewelry into your country. Larson Jewelers has no way of knowing what tax rate each country charges nor does it have any control over what any country's government charges. You will have to check with the proper authorities in your country. It is your government that is charging you this tax, not us. We maybe able to help you reduce this tax, please contact us for details.
