How to use your Lifetime Replacement Warranty

 

To utilize our exclusive Free Lifetime Replacement Warranty on any Larson Jewelers Tungsten Carbide Wedding Band, just follow this simple three step process:

1. Go to the “Contact Us” page at LarsonJewelers.com and send us a message. Please be sure to select “Lifetime Replacement” in the drop down menu in the subject field and reference your invoice number when telling us why you want to exercise your Lifetime Replacement Policy. 

2. Larson Jewelers will reply within 1 business day to validate the replacement and provide a return address.

3. Please send the ring, ring box and original invoice to the return address provided. You may use any shipping service of your choice, such as Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us.

NOTE:

• It is very important that you do not label the package as jewelry to prevent theft. We also highly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment as Larson Jewelers will not be responsible for any loss of or damage during shipping.

Once your package has been received, you will receive e-mail notification regarding your replacement claim within 1 business day after receipt by us.
