Thorsten Rings Warranty

Thorsten rings are crafted with care and covered by the following warranty for returns and exchanges: 

  • Non-precious metal rings may be returned within 45 days of delivery under a money-back guarantee. After 45 days, non-precious metal rings are instead covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms below.

  • Warranty Coverage (Manufacturer warranty claims may be eligible for):

    • Size exchanges are available with a $20 processing fee.

    • Damage to inlays or stone loss may be eligible for repair or replacement and are subject to a processing fee based, starting at $20.

  • Warranty Exclusions (Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover):
     

    • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dings, and dents.

    • Lost or stolen rings.

    • Rings altered or modified by a third party (excluding engraving).

    • Style exchanges.

       

  • Precious metal rings (Gold, Silver, and Platinum) may be returned in new, unworn condition within 45 days of delivery. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee calculated from the item’s current listed price, not the original purchase price.

    • The restocking fee is based on the current listed price to account for market fluctuations and increases in raw precious metal costs, including gold, silver, and platinum, which may change after the original order date.

    • Made-to-Order (MTO) items may be canceled within 1 business day of placing the order to avoid the 20% restocking fee. Cancellations requested after this period are subject to a 20% fee based on the current listed price.

    • After 45 days, precious metal rings are not eligible for return.

    • Any repairs, resizing, or warranty claims for precious metal rings are subject to a 20%  fee based on the current listed price, reflecting material and labor costs at the time the service is performed.
