How do I return/exchange (within 30 days)?

  • Visit your account to request return

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Return/Exchanges after 30 Days

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days from the original date of purchase
  • In unused and resalable condition
  • In a padded envelope or original packaging. If you are returning your ring for a refund, please return everything that came with your ring.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, Access your account to request return.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason whatsoever, you may return it to us within the first 30 days for a full refund.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Send in your item(s) using your own shipping method*.

  • You must return the package on your own with your carrier of choice and you will pay the return postage at the time of shipping. Larson will not reimburse you for the shipping fee.
  • Please keep a copy of the tracking number. Larson cannot be responsible for returned packages until they reach our warehouse if using your own shipping method.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Lab-Grown Diamond Rings & Stones: Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges on lab-grown diamond engagement rings and loose stones within 30 days of the date they were first available for shipment or pickup, as long as they are in new, unworn, and unaltered condition.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The item must be in original packaging and free from any modifications or resizing.
  • Engraved rings can be returned, but a $40 engraving removal fee applies. Third-party engravings may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Rings that have been resized, modified, or custom-designed.
  • Items that have been previously exchanged or altered.
  • Lab-grown diamonds that have been set into a piece of jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Return Request

    • Log into your Larson Jewelers account: account.larsonjewelers.com
    • Complete the online Return Request form.
    • You will receive an email confirmation; this step is required to process your request.
    • Include photos of the item as part of the approval process.
  2. Receive Return Authorization

    • The Larson Jewelers Team will review your request and respond within 1 business day.
  3. Prepare & Ship Your Item

    • Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed packaging instructions.
    • Place the item in its original packaging, along with any promotional gifts received.
    • Follow the provided packaging instructions to ensure full insurance coverage during transit.

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for any customs taxes accrued during shipping.
