MTO (Made to order) Items may be canceled within 1 business day of placing the order to avoid a 20% restocking fee.

Manufacturing defects and size exchanges are covered with no restocking fee within 30 days of invoice in like new condition.

Exchange of stone color to a different color within 30 days of delivery.

Ring resizing within two whole sizes if returned within 30 days of delivery.

Manufacturing defects and size exchanges are covered with a 20% restocking fee within 31-60 days of invoice in like new condition.

If not in new condition, the claim will not be accepted.

No coverage outside of 60 Days.

No style exchanges.

Shipping fees not covered.

Wear and tear is not considered manufacturer defect and therefore not covered.

Special “Forever Fit” bands have no restock fee within 30 days and flat $60 outside 30 days.
