  • MTO (Made to order) Items may be canceled within 1 business day of placing the order to avoid a 20% restocking fee.

  • Outside of 50 days, not returnable, only repairable.

  • Returns within 50 days

    • Precious and non-precious styles with NO stones have no fee if like-new condition.

    • Precious and non-precious styles with NO stones have a 10% fee if worn.

    • Styles with stones have a 10% fee if like-new condition.

    • Styles with stones have a 20% fee if worn.

    • Extra $20 fee for quarter size ring returns.

      • The extra fee for ordering a quarter size is non-refundable.

    • Extra $45 fee for plain bands with special finishes.

      • The extra fee for ordering a special finish is non-refundable.

  • Resizing outside of 60 days has a 10% fee.

  • Custom items have a 50% fee at all times.

  • $45 fee for simple refurbishing.

  • Shipping fees not covered.
