  • MTO (Made to order) Items may be canceled within 1 business day of placing the order to avoid a 20% restocking fee.

  • Returns only acceptable due to resizing or manufacturing defects which are covered free of charge.

    • If a ring can be resized, it is free of charge. Only applies to simple, plain bands.

    • Non-resizable rings must be remade for 25% fee.

    • Any styles with diamonds/gems have an additional re-setting fee, which is extremely variable.

  • Shipping fees not covered.
