Thorsten Rings Warranty

Thorsten rings are crafted with care and covered by the following warranty for returns and exchanges: 

• Non-precious metal rings (tungsten, titanium, silicone, ceramic, cobalt chrome, damascus steel)  come with a 45 day money-back guarantee

  • After 45 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies

    • What’s Covered:

      • Size exchanges - $20 processing fee applies

      • Damage to inlays or stone loss - a variable processing fee applies based on the ring style, starting at $20

       

    • What’s Not Covered:

      • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dings, dents).

      • Lost or stolen rings.

      • Rings altered by a third party (excluding engraving).

      • Style exchanges

• Precious metal rings (Gold, Silver, Platinum) may be returned in new condition within 45 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original price. 

  • MTO (Made to order) Items may be canceled within 1 business day of placing the order to avoid a 20% restocking fee.

  • After 45 days, precious metal rings may no longer be returned.

  • Any repairs/resizing/warranty claims are subject to a 20% fee of the original price.
