"Real live person to speak with and help me adjust my order. Ring is perfect and came quickly. If a complaint (which really isn't a complaint) would be that the tungsten being such a hard material left a slight burring where the drilling for the bezel and the inscription. Hopefully the roughness on the inscription being on the inside of the ring doesn't prove abrasive to her finger."
