Second ring in 7 years. Very happy
"I work with my hands and am very hard on rings. When I got married my wife encouraged me to buy a ring that was easily replaced and still nice enough to be proud of. My first ring took a beating for 7 years I had to put a new layer of epoxy on it about a year ago but the wood and ceramic held up great. It’s at the bottom of a very deep lake right now so this is the replacement. They are exactly the same ring and incredibly comfortable. I don’t have to worry about cutting it off if I break my finger in the work I do as a sharp blow with a hammer or other blunt instrument will crack it off saving the finger unlike tungsten where the ring will be fine but the finger is lost. It doesn’t dent or deform and it’s very light. I’m very surprised that the first one lasted so long and should last many decades under normal use. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is that the price of the ring has nearly doubled in those 7 years from just over a hundred dollars to nearly 2 hundred. As long as this doesn’t continue I’m sure my next one will be the same ring. I would highly recommend this ring. Looks great and holds up very well. For context I wear out a new pair of carhart double knee pants in three months and a white gold band was basically destroyed and worn down in 2 years."
