"The initial process was flawless. Ordered the ring in a size 12 and it arrived at my door two days later on 12/3. Unfortunately I ordered a half size too big and sent it back for an 11.5 on 12/4. Here it is almost 2 weeks later and I don't know what's going on. I made the mistake and didn't get tracking on the return, so I don't know if the ring made it back or if it's sitting in a bin at the store."
