Nice ring, but use your own box

"The ring arrived quickly. Because FedEx has lost four packages, the company even accommodated my request to use USPS. The ring is nice and as advertised. My only complaint is that the ring box was in incredibly poor condition. It had signs of wear along some edges (the box was light and dark blue, but the edges were white from wear); it also had some smudges and a greasy mark in one area. It looked used, though the company assured me afterwards that they only use new boxes. Regardless, it wasn't suitable for a ceremony and should have never gone out. Fortunately I had a spare of my own."
