"Larson Jewelers provided A+ customer service. The original ring I ordered was discontinued. Customer Service immediately reached out to me and asked me if I would like to choose another ring similar in style. Unfortunately, since my husband works a lot with his hands, I needed a ring that could withstand abuse. The only ring similar with that type of durability ended up being about $400 more than the original ring. Larson let me get the more expensive ring at the original ring's price! Not only that, my husband had gone to a jeweler to get his ring size and was told his finger was a 9.5. When the ring arrived, it was too big! My husband went to another jeweler and his ring size was actually a 8.5. I immediately reached out to Larson and the exchange process was very quick and easy! Thank you, Larson! You made online ring purchasing an awesome experience and my husband loves his ring!"
