Exactly as advertised and awesome customer service

"My ring is exactly as advertised on the site (including custom hand-written engraving in my fiancee's handwriting) thus exactly what I wanted and I simply love it. The Larson Comfort Fit-specific ring sizer was very accurate, but the actual ring is just a bit (but not significantly) larger than the sizer indicated FYI. Furthermore, after a shipping issue (received on time but an opened and empty FedEx envelope) Brandi with Larson Customer Care immediately re-submitted my order at no additional cost to me which I then received with no problems. I have already recommended Larson to friends and family as they're just great all around between products and customer service!"
