Website malfunction

"The ring its self was in great condition and seems very sturdy. But on the website during the order I put that I wanted it engraved. Once the ring arrived it was not engraved at all, although the order confirmation page said it would be engraved. However the receipt the ring came with did not have the engraving fee on there and we were not charged for the engraving fee. So not a big deal but slightly inconvenient"
