"We used a ring sizer before we purchased the ring. It came un the mail fairly quickly. It was tight on the finger so we emailed them to exchange it. The process was simple. They sent us an email and we filled it out. We had to pay 20 dollars for shipping. But we received our new ring in less than a week, I believe. The new ring fits. This ring is heavy. It's beautifully crafted and feels like it was made just for my fiance. I would definitely recommend this company."
