In general, we do not charge any restocking fees on rings being returned. We even allow customers to order up to 5 rings to try them on and decide which one they like better. There is a 10% restocking fee on each ring for customers that order more than 5 rings. Rings that are made to order and/or have precious metal components or are made of precious metals, will have a restocking fee of up to 20%. Usually, rings that take one week or more to make, are considered rings that are made to order. Please check with our customer service department to confirm. Note: Larson Jewelers reserves the right to charge restocking fees to customers who attempt to get around our policies by placing separate orders, ordering through different accounts, or using different addresses. Larson Jewelers also reserves the right to alter its policy on restocking fees, at any time without notice.
If you need to perform an exchange/return, simply e-mail or call our Customer Service Department for a return/exchange form. If e-mailing us, please go to the contact us page and fill out the form, specifying whether an exchange or return is needed and the reason for your request. This helps us to process your request in the most efficient and timely manner. Generally, we cannot accept the return of any item that shows signs of wear or has been customized. Under certain circumstances, Larson Jewelers can accept exchanges or returns with very minor signs of use if those blemishes can be repaired. Engraved rings are returnable in most cases. The engraving fee to do the engraving is not refundable, since it is a service that cannot be undone.
You can send the product back to Larson Jewelers with any courier and method of shipment you choose, with the understanding that the product is in your possession until delivered to our office, and verified as delivered by signature or delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. Below are the steps to exchanging or returning a ring.
1. Contact us by e-mail to get a return/exchange form. 2. Follow instructions on the form to package your ring for return and pay the $5 shipping and handling fee. 3. Fill out return form and include with ring being returned. 4. Send us the ring using the delivery method of your choice. Be sure to get tracking on the package. Insurance is also highly recommended.
When we receive the ring, it will be processed within 5 business days. If faster service is need to meet a wedding date, please let us know on the form, so we can make arrangements to expedite your exchange.
